📍 Processing Times
All orders are processed within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

As a small independent business, response and dispatch times may occasionally vary, but we always aim to fulfil orders promptly
🚚 Shipping Method
All UK orders are shipped either via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter
Tracked 48 service includes:

Full tracking from dispatch to delivery

A delivery aim of 2–3 business days after dispatch
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
2nd Class Large Letter (Economy) service includes:

No tracking information provided

A delivery aim of 5-8 business days after dispatch
Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
💷 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment is completed.
📦 Packaging
We take great care to ensure all items are packaged securely:

Trading cards are protected using appropriate materials (e.g. sleeves, toploaders, padding)

Sealed products are shipped in protective packaging to minimise transit damage
❗ Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Royal Mail service issues or disruptions

Weather or unforeseen circumstances

High-volume periods (e.g. holidays, promotions)
Delays do not constitute grounds for a refund unless the item is confirmed as lost in line with Royal Mail claims procedures.
📬 Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may be required for redelivery.
📦 Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us.
We will:

Review tracking information

Initiate an investigation with Royal Mail where appropriate
An item will only be considered lost in accordance with Royal Mail’s claims process and timeframes.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued until:

The item is confirmed as lost by Royal Mail, or
-
A reasonable investigation period has passed
📦 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You will be required to provide:

Your order number

Clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging
Claims will be assessed in line with our Refund Policy.
🔒 Condition of Goods
All items are sold as described.
Please note:

Minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging (e.g. shrink wrap or boxes) may occur during transit and do not automatically qualify as damage

Sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty
