Historic Pre-order Tracker

We believe in being open and transparent about how our pre-orders work. As a retailer, the quantities we request from our suppliers are not always the quantities we ultimately receive, particularly for highly anticipated or limited TCG releases. This page provides a historic record of our previous pre-orders, showing the quantity we originally ordered alongside the quantity we were actually allocated by our suppliers. We hope this gives customers a clearer picture of our past allocation rates and helps provide additional context when placing a pre-order with us.

Going forward, the initial quantity we make available for pre-order will generally be based on the final allocated quantity we received for the previous comparable set. This is intended to reduce the risk of us accepting more pre-orders than we are ultimately able to fulfil and, in turn, reduce the inconvenience and disappointment caused by having an order cancelled due to supplier allocation reductions.

Where we have already reached our initial pre-order quantity, the product page will display “Get Back in Stock Alert”instead of “Pre-Order”. You can enter your email address there to be notified if additional stock becomes available, for example if our supplier increases our allocation. These alerts are specific to the individual product you sign up for and are separate from our general marketing emails or mailing list. You will only receive a stock notification for products where you have specifically requested one.
