We specialise in genuine sealed trading card game products including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Disney Lorcana.

All products sold are:

  • 100% authentic

  • Sourced from authorised UK distributors or reputable suppliers

  • Sold as described at the time of purchase

Images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging design may vary slightly.


3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders where a clear pricing mistake has occurred

If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch.


4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Cancel bulk purchases intended for resale where this conflicts with supply limits

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.


5. Pre-Orders

For pre-order items:

  • Release dates are provided by manufacturers and may change

  • Delays outside our control do not constitute grounds for compensation

  • In the event of supply allocation reductions, we will contact affected customers promptly

Payment is taken at the time of order unless stated otherwise.


6. Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 48 business hours of receiving cleared payment.

Our primary delivery partner is The Royal Mail. 

Business hours exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

During periods of exceptionally high demand (including major releases, promotional events or seasonal peaks), dispatch times may be slightly extended. We will communicate clearly where this applies.

C&D Gaming is an independent business. While we strive to respond to enquiries promptly, response times may occasionally be longer during high traffic periods.

Delivery timeframes provided by couriers are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk transfers to the customer once the item has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before confirming your order.


7. Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return for most items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Sealed products must remain factory sealed

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened trading card products

  • Products where factory shrink wrap has been removed or tampered with

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.


8. Shrink Wrap & Sealed Product Condition

Trading card products are supplied in manufacturer shrink wrap.

Minor cosmetic imperfections to outer shrink wrap may occur during distributor handling and transit. These may include:

  • Small tears or pinholes in shrink wrap

  • Tight or loose shrink wrapping

  • Minor surface scuffs

  • Small dents or corner compression to outer packaging

Such minor imperfections do not affect the contents and do not constitute damage or grounds for return.

We do not guarantee “investment-grade” or grading-quality outer packaging unless explicitly stated in the product description.


9. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the issue

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C&D Gaming shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of profit

  • Delays outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.


11. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, text and design elements are the property of C&D Gaming unless otherwise stated.

Trading card game names and associated trademarks belong to their respective owners.


12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


14. Anti-Scalper & Automated Purchasing Policy

C&D Gaming reserves the right to protect product availability for genuine customers.

The use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or other software designed to place orders or reserve stock faster than manual purchasing methods is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders suspected of being placed using automated purchasing tools

  • Cancel multiple orders linked to the same individual, address, payment method, IP address, or account

  • Limit quantities per customer on high-demand products

  • Refuse service where we reasonably believe products are being purchased solely for resale at inflated prices

Where an order is cancelled under this clause, a full refund will be issued.

We are under no obligation to honour orders placed in breach of this policy.


15. Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. However, we will assist customers in resolving delivery issues where possible.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation

  • You may be required to check with household members, neighbours, or your local delivery office

  • You may be asked to complete a lost parcel declaration

We reserve the right to:

  • Request proof of non-delivery

  • Allow the courier’s investigation process to complete before issuing a refund or replacement

Refunds or replacements for lost parcels will only be issued once the courier has confirmed the parcel is lost.

C&D Gaming is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Parcels delivered to a safe place nominated by the customer

  • Parcels left in accordance with courier delivery instructions

Where an incorrect address has been provided by the customer, we are not liable for replacement or refund.
