Refunds and Returns

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at:

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

  • Sealed products must remain factory sealed

  • Shrink wrap must not be removed or tampered with

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned goods show signs of use, opening, or damage not caused during delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened trading card products

  • Booster packs, boxes, or tins where shrink wrap has been removed

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Items returned outside the cancellation period

Due to the nature of trading card products, once opened, items cannot be resold and therefore cannot be refunded unless faulty.


4. Shrink Wrap & Packaging Condition

Trading card products are supplied in manufacturer shrink wrap.

Minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging may occur during distribution and transit, including:

  • Small tears or pinholes in shrink wrap

  • Tight or loose shrink wrapping

  • Minor dents or corner compression

  • Light scuffs to outer packaging

These do not affect the contents and do not constitute damage or grounds for refund.

We do not guarantee investment-grade or grading-quality outer packaging unless explicitly stated.


5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the packaging and product

We will assess the issue and offer:

  • A replacement (where available), or

  • A full or partial refund

We may require the item to be returned before issuing a refund.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier

Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Parcels delivered to a safe place nominated by the customer

  • Delivery instructions given directly to the courier


8. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
